So glad I'm actually losing weight. I have depression and that gives me no self confidence in how I look. So this diet and losing weight has helped cheer me up a lot! Anyway hopefully my next weight will be lower than this one. :3
132.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 17.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
