Yaaaaaaay! 10 pounds away from my goal! Thx so much for supporting me on this slow journey and thank you for continuing to as I try to reach my goal. I am very happy with how I've been losing weight and getting back to a healthier weight and lifestyle. :3

This digest has been working really well. I can tell because the shorts that used to fit me just right now fit more loosely and fall off my waist. (not completely off) So I guess that's good news. :3

So glad I'm actually losing weight. I have depression and that gives me no self confidence in how I look. So this diet and losing weight has helped cheer me up a lot! Anyway hopefully my next weight will be lower than this one. :3
