Well I've stuck to my diet and look 👀success🤗
Yesterday had 1734 calories in and burned 1848 only a 100 calorie deficit by lost so yeh👍
Fats 97
Carbs 121
Protein 100
Fiber 18
My carbs were mostly from fruit
Also drank about 56 ounces of water and walked 30 minutes
156.6 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
