emotional day.. it is tough to work with people sometimes. The pros and the cons are constantly in balance.. ugh..anyhow, I believe that things will work out exactly as they should.
*** I lost another pound, that makes 20!!!
237.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 87.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
