Didn't do good yesterday. Still going between 152 and 154. Going out of town today. Hopeing that walking alot will help keep weight down. Going to reno with in-laws and they don't eat much so should beable to stay under my net carbs. Will have a slow down from drinking at the tables but I drink rum and diet coke. Hope weight doesn't try and be evil and go up drastickly (sp). Will do lots of walking going to Cabellas while we're there. Its a big store so should loose hubby a couple of times. lol Probably will beable to put in a good mile just trying to find him. lol.
gotta go and get ready to get the kids to gma and gpa.
