Yesterday I actually wanted to get my walk in. For me, that's a big change.

I also figured out an unsustainable perk for my walks. About 2 miles from my house is a massage place. I walked to it, got an hour of feet stepping on my backside, and walked home another 1.7 miles with a 300ft 1 mile uphill trek at the end.

Too pricey to do daily, but maybe once a week. That's a great reward. I slept like a babe when I got back.
274.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 84.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 15.4 lb a week
