One week back and 4 lbs off - not a bad start.
One more week and we go away to Opatija, Croatia for 7 nights. I will endeavour to be strict for the next 7 days and will definitely get straight back into it after the holiday.
142.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
