Okay I weighed myself in the evening with all my clothes & shoes on so im sure my weight isnt totally accurate but I haven't followed really any diet in about 6 weeks. I am getting back on track though today because its getting nice out and I'm really far from my goal. I have a lot planned this summer and I don't want to spend another warm season covered up!! So today I didn't follow my diet but I did work out for 40 mins. I made a new CD to keep me motivated. Fat Secret is just going to have to become part of my routine again.
