I am officially a lacto-ovo vegetarian. I try to avoid milk, cheese and egg products at all costs also, but its so hard. Milk is in everything! I have lost even more weight and I feel so good about the choices I'm making. I am doing my part to help myself avoid heart attack, stroke, cancer and I'm even help preventing global warming!!!!! Do your research :)

didnt work out at all this wknd, but did okay friday and sunday. saturday i totally splurged on food but im back on track now.

i decided to give my muscles a break today. plus im downright exhausted.... i thought working out was supposed to give you energy!?
okay so food plan for the day is: fiber bar, 0 pt soup, ww meal, salad & then filling in the extra points with fruit or vegg
