starting fitness regime today. yesterday was 200.8 no more junk food get some exercise, quit smoking and drop the junk food, whole foods only, pray & fsst
198.4 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 16.8 lb a week
