Now that my life has settled down a bit, I'm ready to start working on losing weight and getting healthy again. It's actually a minor miracle that I've only gained 9 pounds in the almost-year I've been away! I'm nominally following South Beach, but really just trying things to see what works. I'm not resetting my diet or start date, because I want to see where I really started from, all the way back to my first entries here...
