feeling like a champ today. got up and had my usual cheerios brekkie, then off for a 40 min power walk up and down these mtn roads! weighed in today at the lowest I've been in awhile. 😁😁😁 finally starting to see improvement after months of trying. really proud of myself considering I started this weight loss journey at 165 (my biggest ever) didnt get the app till 159 lbs but im so glad I did. counting my calorie intake and a strict diet has worked wonders for my body so far. I cannot wait for more improvements!!!
154.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 27.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
