I had let myself slip out of strictly keto lifestyle for a 2 weeks, but I am back on the horse with no gains on weight (thankfully!).
I am so close to 229, my previous lowest weight from back in 2011. I am going to ram that mental fence, and keep going all the way to 200!
I get 4 miles of walking in per day, but starting tomorrow I switched my schedule so I can get an additional 3.5 mile walk in during the AM. Goal is to try to work off a bit more and take advantage of the very long days (sunlight) for the next 3 months (May 20, June 20, July 20).
