My back and hip injury has incredibly hampered things. I basically am not allowed to exercise until my spine and disks heal and even then, I am not allowed to do anything that compresses the spine. The physical therapist is trying to realign my hips, one of the joints has shifted and may be when has led to my repeated injuries. This is going to be fun.
