Well, I have been continuing to work out, haw ever I have been slacking on my good eating habits. Actually, I lied. I have kinda been slacking on the exercise too. I have been going to the gym about once a week which is beyond expectable. If I expect any type of POSITIVE results, I need to be going at least 2-3 times a week. Though it has been difficult lately as I am currently working two jobs now and I have little time in the evenings for exercise. Though I guess I could be going for walks on my breaks now that the weather has warmed up some. I just need to stay positive and keep at it. Don't give up now, Bonnie. You can do this. Right?


I thought I would also do a measurement scale as it's been some time since I last did one.

bust:42
waist:31.5
hips:44.5
thighs:23

178.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.5 lb a week
