Yeah, another pound gone but not forgotten..Never to return I hope. Good day, very busy at work. Makes the time fly by though. Going out to eat tonight our neighbors they are moving away to New Zealand.
238.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 88.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
