Fatsecret's tracking system is a real eye opener. It really helps you to see what you are REALLY eating. Sometimes we can fool ourselves but not the numbers. This site really helped me to see the plain truth. This week I will continue with Induction and the move on to Ongoing Weight Loss. I will also add exercise and jion Planet Fitness and set up a workout schedule. I will also add some recipes to vary my diet from this site and www.genaw.com. I'm really enjoying this.
