Still sober, day 5. That, plus slightly more activity, plus slightly better eating habits. Gonna keep the three things going: no alcohol, more exercise, more reasonable food intake.

I feel much more positive, wake up rested and not hung over, am happy, enjoyed being a solo mommy during the weekend, and feel more positive about work. Looking forward to camping with the family this weekend.
193.3 lb Lost so far: 15.4 lb.    Still to go: 38.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
