Well, it's been several days since I last wrote anything. I've had a hard time with keeping a deficit of calories each day, but I have a feeling once I have my bike back, things will start to get better. I did manage to have an overall deficit of calories, by about 600 or so points. However, if I'm really going to be in the shape I want to be in, I need to up my exercise in a serious way. I might have a calorie deficit between weigh-in's, but I'm not really getting stronger or more fit! At least I know what I need to do...

So, I just joined a CHALLENGE!!! Yay motivation! I think I'll make it MWF instead of TRS, simply because I'm with kids all day tues! First week should be fun...
126.8 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.4 lb a week
