Chocolate candy, desert and cuddling contributed to an off day. I ate "Poorly" at 114% of goal and did not meet all activity goals but I did have a wonderful day spoiling my babies Mama(wife).
155.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
