1955 kcal Fat: 60.06g | Prot: 116.90g | Carb: 243.47g.   Breakfast: bear naked peak granola with flax and bleberries, metamucil calcium/daily fiber supplement, activia yogurt. Lunch: canned del monte whole sliced potatoes, honey mustard, dietz and watz lite turkey breast, light wheat bread. Dinner: giant eagle whole grain bun, veggie burger, del monte fresh cut cliced new potatoes, reduced sugar heinz katsup. Snacks/Other: salted almonds. more...
