So, I was doing really well all last week. Then, the drinking on friday night...I think the scale lied :P j/k I know that it was right and I just ate wrong saturday night and all day sunday. I was SOOO hungry last night that I had about 4 pieces of pizza and some pop tarts. My fault. Back on track today!
193.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 43.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 4.2 lb a week

I would say the 3 pounds is water weight and you need a good poop! lol! It's true... a couple of days of drinking lots of water and emptying your bowel really makes a big difference in weight.
