Today was weigh in SAME WEIGHT 181 LBS . Yesterday was a very long day ! Went to Wal-Mart I was there for almost 3 hrs ! ! Had a good time shopping, went to subway, ordered a coffee & rock star. Well one good thing I didn't GAIN ANY WEIGHT SPLURGE TODAY ( MY SATURDAY) Sunday is back to work tying to loose and 1 lbs or more.
