Things are gonna slow down number wise. I have added weight training back into the program. Starting with home body-pump, but I'm actually a little soar. Foot is at 50% l shoulder even worse. Lets hope we can rehab them. TW 239.8 ...from Jan 1 at 297.
248.0 lb Lost so far: 49.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
