All the way back up, plus. Ugh. Quit exercising, sit all day, drink too much wine, and eat too much comfort food. Have to figure out a way to do for myself again, love myself again, feel good about myself again. Went overboard on the mom sacrifices thing, combined with the work rules all thing. Now sit depressed in front of the internet doing neither mothering nor working, just worrying and avoiding worrying. Me being in this state sucks for me, and makes the people around me benefit less too.
