So, I hurt myself and the dr gave me Gabapentin to take for pain during the day, which made me eat uncontrollably. I did my best to keep the uncontrollable eating to keto-type stuff, except for two or three days when I went totally off the rails. It took me a while to figure out that the Gabapentin was causing this, and I got it switched to something else, but was really bummed because I thought that I'd regained the 10-lbs that I'd recently lost. Uh, wrong. I lost five pounds. Whuut? I guess the lesson is that if I'm going to binge eat, stick to my program food/macros, and that I can eat more calories per day and still lose weight. Yeah, the last one. That's the lesson.
