I added calories to slow weight loss by adding healthy fats. My last weigh in was while starving myself for a weigh loss competition and was 1st thing in the morning. My weigh in today reflects my weight in the evening while eating and drinking normally, so although it is only slightly lower, it is still significant. I need to cut a small amount of calories and add exercise!
291.2 lb Lost so far: 36.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2210 kcal Fat: 124.54g | Prot: 106.41g | Carb: 193.85g.   Breakfast: Polly-O 2% String Cheese, Giant GREEK Nonfat Yogurt Blueberry. Lunch: Dandelion and Hot Pepper Sandwich, Navels Oranges. Dinner: Macaroni or Pasta Salad with Cheese, Doritos Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips (35.4g), Frankfurter or Hot Dog on Bun. Snacks/Other: Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp White Cheddar Cheese Sticks, Polly-O 2% String Cheese, Walnuts, Hershey's Kisses Deluxe, Almonds. more...
