I have been busy with life - but still losing because I am trying to keep the carbs low and walking everrry day 3 miles in the evening. I need to buckle down more, though. Hope everyone is having a great week.
235.5 lb Lost so far: 21.5 lb.    Still to go: 36.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
