lost 2 inches bust, waist and hips, burning 2225 cal per day, intake average 1150 cal per day, hitting my protien goals. not pleased the scale went up but muscle is heavier but takes up less space... hmmmmm not comvinced.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
