BAH!!!!! 🤬🤬🤬 Salty weekend and not enough water. Totally my own fault but SO FRUSTRATING! Fasting today with lots of water, green tea, and electrolytes. My body is way too finicky!
147.1 lb Lost so far: 12.9 lb.    Still to go: 17.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don’t be too hard on yourself! This takes so much patience and perseverance. Weekends are always hard. That water weight will come off and you’ll move forward!

Thank you so much! I also had a migraine this weekend so it was spent under the covers. Not even half of my water intake. It will go away, and thank goodness I’ve been on this journey long enough to have seen the fluctuations, because otherwise I would be freaking out lol.

I understand how a sick headache can mess up normal intake. Hope you can avoid those in the future!
