This was a tough week. Family funeral out of town for 5 days. Stressful time. Plus good food from friends and neighbors. Wonderful Italian food. But the pasta and the goodies out on some pounds. So now back on track. Missed checking in here.
202.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 42.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
