Fuck. I have no been following the diet and I'm
Only excreting a few days a week. I try to stay active by walking a lot around the city, but it's not enough when I eat ice-cream at 1am!!!

Ugh I'm disappointed in myself, but I know what I have to do.

203.8 lb Lost so far: 20.4 lb.    Still to go: 43.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I know how you feel!! I keep yo-yo-ing 2-4 pds and not even close to my goal...why is the summer to hard to maintain a healthy regime?? Keep at it..I force myself to find the spark I had in the beginning. it can be done! good luck :)
