Day 2 of taking "The Long Walk". I got up at 5am this morning so I could get an hour walk in before work. I used Runkeeper.com to track my 3 mile journey. I always feel great after a morning walk. Blood flows to the brain. I feel more alert. It's weird that it takes so much effort to get me to do things I feel better doing. Is that the human condition? We avoid that which we know is good for us?

Maybe it's just me.

I'm going back to the juice. Exploring Vegan options has been fun, but has done nothing for my weight loss. It is very easy to maintain weight on a vegan diet. I think there is a lot of sugar used when you go to Vegan restaurants. I only ate half of my pepper steak curry. I gave the other half to a friend that night. It was tasty as hell.

Hopefully rolling in some sweat will make things head south again.

280.4 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 90.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
