I'm within "normal" BMI, not that BMI is terribly useful. I also got to a blue bar on fatsecret. Almost to my initial weight loss goal...
172.0 lb Lost so far: 53.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
