First week on "Pure Slim 1000" plan, lost 10 pounds in the first 5 days (Day 1: 4, Day 2: 2, Day 3: 2, Days 4 & 5: 1 each), and for the last 2 days, holding at -10. So, good! But I'm off to Miami on Wednesday, so won't be able to weigh in for 2 weeks! And, would really like to lose another pound or two before leaving.... I'm hopeful about this plan overall.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
