this week shows drop of only 1 lb since last week. Is this a slowdown or water retention. I'd like to keep it going at a good clip. One lb a week is fine in the long term I guess. It seems woefully slow to me at this point. I won't be glum, since I bet anything by Monday its another drop. Maybe even tomorrow. We'll see.
