I am trying not to get frustrated but I gained a pound in the past week. I am trying to play around a little bit with my calories. I was eating about 1200 calories a day, and now I have bumped up to 1300-1400 calories. I have been walking everyday,, and doing the couch to 5k program 3 days a weeks. The thing that is keeping me motivated is knowing that what I am doing is the right thing. I am watching what I eat and exercising everyday.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 32.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
