Por fin arranque !!!! este es mi segundo día de retomar la dieta ravenna y ya me siento desinchada me siento en control, me costo retomar pero lo logre !!!
193.8 lb Lost so far: 15.7 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
