8.75 inches lost ;o) This is loss is probably a large amount of fluid. I predict that future weigh ins won't be so dramatic ;o)
210.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I should also add that I drink a 10-12 cup pot of green tea with stevia most days also (very thermogenic). I also eliminated dairy, which I am sure like gluten/starch is an issue for me. Thanks for the posotive words ladies!!!!! It means alot ;o)
