Well Its been a long time and as much as I continue to exercise, whilest not nearly as much as before, I have been eating poorly and partying way to much with friends and family, thus explaining the ginormous weight gain. NEW GOAL, lose the 30lbs needed to meet my goal in the next 8 weeks. i know it sounds like a lot but this time I need to put my foot down and focus. This is something I need to do for myself, not for anyone else, its time for a change and the change starts here and now. I will be weighing in each week on wednesday morning, which started today. I figure to reach my goal I need to lose close to 3.5lbs per week. A stretch Im aware of but if I put my goal any lower I may go back to bad habbits, this way Im in check. Ive started the calorie counting again, will by purchasing a new bike to ride to work instead of driving, like I used to do, and will continue morning and evening working outs, 1 at home, and 1 at the gym. If all goes well then I should be happily at my goal weight by summer.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
