This is crazy, I KNOW I did not eat 10,000 calories extra this week to gain 2.5 pounds back, BUT I am taking my first official gym break, because I was doing the yo yo thing with one pound.... on and off.... and changing my workouts next week, so what the heck? UGH! Not quitting and not giving up :) Just hopefully I won't gain any more.
