This is crazy, I KNOW I did not eat 10,000 calories extra this week to gain 2.5 pounds back, BUT I am taking my first official gym break, because I was doing the yo yo thing with one pound.... on and off.... and changing my workouts next week, so what the heck? UGH! Not quitting and not giving up :) Just hopefully I won't gain any more.
205.0 lb Lost so far: 77.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

If you gain overnight and have been on plan, it usually means water weight. If you overate, it might mean a combo of both. Stay on plan and drink water. It will go back down.

Hang in there...weight is a strange and fickle beast. I too gained this week without any real explanation - I am convinced it is water gain. Stayed focused. I am glad to hear you aren't giving up or quitting - here's to a great week ahead! :-)
