makin deket ke goal weight bb makin susah turunnya. yg dulu bisa seminggu 1kg lama2 melambat jadi 2minggu 1kg, skrg lg stuck ga naik ga turun. niat lg diuji ini guys kl stuck gini 💪💪
148.8 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
