Well I have found an alternative to my carb/sugar cravings and its fat free and 1/4 cup is only 100 calories (that is for papaya fruit - I am sure the calories are different for each fruit). My new found yummy - dried fruit (some Joe brand from Walmart and I can take it every where). Here in Canada, we finally got a Walmart supercenter and the store reminds my husband of the one in Gainsville (I think) in Florida. Well whatever one is in Northern Florida.

I was on vacation this week so choices were easier as people were helpful when I told them about the wheat thing.
225.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.0 lb a week
