I've been on Atkins Induction for 3 weeks.The first week I lost 3 pounds. Week 2 on Monday I was at the same weight. Then Tuesday the next day I decided to weigh again. and had lost 1 pound and was down to 157lbs. This weekend I went away to the Assembly and ate a few things that were not on Induction. Today I ate some pitstachios and popcorn but I do not feel guilty because all in all they are not bad for you foods. I am, on a duretic but thinking of the fact that I did lose within the three weeks 4lbs although I gained 3 of them back. I also have not been calculating my carbs, protiens and fats as I should. I've just been guestimating them and choosing foods from the acceptable foods list. They suggested this site to track my foods so that's now going to be my goal. So FatSecret help me to make my counts no longer a secret.
