The first two days were hard but its getting easier and easier. I have began viewing food as fuel, instead of something fun to do. I have drank nothing but water since Monday, and I am feeling strong.
196.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.8 lb a week
