Kyah Renee's Journal, 13 April 2018

Back to where I left off. On Sunday, we moved a bunch of furniture and switched offices etc. It was a heavy work out for someone with my health conditions! The next day, I wake up almost 3 lbs heavier! What!? So I do a little research: if you’re someone who gets really sore the day after a workout (I always do), it can cause 2-5 POUNDS of water retention while the muscles are inflamed. It took me 5 days to get it off, a little at a time, while the soreness finally disappeared. Unreal. So, I feel like I lost a week. Super frustrating, but....ONWARD.
147.6 lb Lost so far: 12.4 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It really is! I know plateaus and bloat happens through this process, but it’s very discouraging when it’s every other week. My body is soooo finicky and it makes the whole thing really frustrating. Don’t give up! ❤️
