Wanted to add 10 pounds after I got down to a size 0 last year, and ended up added 25 or so. Time to take off the extra again. Oops. I found my diet plan too limiting and am going back to Clean Eating. I lost over 100 pounds on that about 17 years ago. Did Atkins last year, but I'm having trouble with the somewhat limiting food choices to start. It's summer and I want my fruit, so Clean Eating wins.
