I need to weigh in today it's been 7 days. I'm going to wait until tomorrow so I can get back on track with weighing in on Saturdays. I did weigh myself this morning and I was 233. I've been between 233 and 234 for a month now. After talking with my doctor I'm going to starting trying a low carb diet. I'm not sure how well I'll do but I'm going to try. I was looking at how much carbs are in the things I eat and I eat a lot of carbs so I should lose at least something :) My arms and back are very very sunburned from the lake on the 4th. I can barely lift my arms without pain. I've stopped doing 30 day shred for now until my sunburn is better. After my sunburn gets better I'm going to start 30 day shred over again at level 1. For now I think I'm going to do our manual bike or walk on the treadmill. I have to do something.

Keep trying different thing until you find what works. I have been bouncing around the same weight for over a month. Interesting to see what happen tomorrow when I weigh in.
