Saturday chore day. She, who remains unnamed, off to see friends during afternoon. Yea!
Tomorrow I’m gunning for a pacific palisades hike with a large group of hiking minded 50-somethings. Then food and frivolity after at a PCH dive eatery.
YES. Finally. Views of the Pacific from way above in as natural a setting as any on the west side. I don’t mind parking my old trusty diesel in front of 20MIL$ homes. Hell, a small weirdlot sold for 1.5MIL, and its a block from me. This place is ape-shiat crazy. Richness galore, while millions live week to week.

Let’s let that sit in shall we????

In other news, preloaded “kiss my keto” powder in coffee to deter pizza night. Ate one slice less so... BUT, no weight gain and NO tummy issues( wheat flour crust had been problematic. So, is preloading with collagen/mct a possible digestion aid? A -keto trick? Hmmm
