Looks Good, Hope you have enough to share !!!! Just make sure of the calories and salt from the crackers !! it can be an I Gotcha moment ...... Looked at so many options myself and always find a surprise which causes me grief. Tuna is fantastic though ----so keep it up, your doing great.

Excellent choice.170 calories is a very lean lunch. Grab carrots, celery or even an apple if you're still hungry after this.
